These terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts for the provision of services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. Booking confirmations made verbally or via written form i.e. email or letter are subject to these terms and conditions.

By purchasing service from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All quotations (verbal or written) will be valid for ten days from the date of enquiry. We cannot guarantee that the date will be available after these ten days. Just Gin(ish) bookings are on a first come first serve basis. To confirm and hold a booking, you (the client) must provide a £150 deposit either in cash, by electronic transfer or debit/credit card (payable to Just Gin).
Just Gin(ish) will contact you at least two weeks prior to your event to confirm times and the final number of guests or participants. We are always willing to accommodate additional guests to the event, when possible.
For all Hire Packages a set-up fee (£150 )is required to hold the date, which is non-refundable 14 days before the event. We would also require a fee of £25 to cover the cost of the temporary alcohol licence, provided that we are the only drinks provider at the event. The staff reserve the right to stop the service if is believed an abuse of alcohol is taking place. We understand of course that not everyone drinks gin and so it is for this reason that we also make sure to carry a small selection of beers, wines and spirits for those with different tastes (this will be confirmed with you at least 14 days prior to the event); quantities can be varied depending on the size of each event.
Just Gin(ish) operates under the Licensing Act 2003 and all relevant restrictions will be upheld.
There is four hour minimum booking time for all members of staff unless pre agreed, this does not include any travel time.
Just Gin(ish) has a full Public Liability Insurance. Copies of certificates are available upon request.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their delivery and collection instructions are consistent with parking restrictions. Just Gin(ish) reserve the right to pass on to the client the cost of any fines incurred due to wrong or incorrect instructions. Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the client. For vehicle registration number please contact a member of our team.
Adequate loading facilities must be provided by the client. Just Gin(ish) will not be held responsible for any difficulties with this that results in a delay to service.
Any loss or breakages of hire equipment will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 14 days of the event. Glassware is also included in the hire of equipment and is subject to the same conditions. However, Just Gin(ish) recognize that glasses are subject to accidental breakages and willing to waive any loss or breakage if not exceeding 5% of the total number of glasses provided at the event.
The client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their guests. Just Gin(ish) will always quote an ideal number of bar staff for each client to ensure each event runs smoothly with the highest standard of service. If the client requests to change any of the items on the quote such as number of staff, Just Gin(ish) will not be held liable for any responsibility for the overall success of an event.
In the event that Just Gin(ish) are not able to provide services as agreed due to circumstances out of their control (such us major weather conditions, transport problems, etc.), they will not be held responsible for any loss, cancellation or delay. In the event that a specific item is overly popular during the course of service, Just Gin(ish) may run out of stocks for that particular drink, and that, in such circumstance, Just Gin(ish) will not be held responsible for not being able to serve that specific drink for the remainder of service.
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
In the event of a cancellation, Just Gin(ish) require notice (confirmed in writing) 14 days before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in a 100%, non-refundable service charge. Booking deposits are not transferable or refundable unless otherwise agreed prior to booking and stated in writing.
